Praise God! We will begin our Sunday 9 AM outdoor worship services this week as we celebrate Pentecost. We are always looking for volunteers to help so please contact us if you are able to help out in any way. (greeters, ushers, setting up and taking down etc …)

Hopefully the following information will answer most of your questions about our outdoor worship. Masks are welcome but not required since we will be outdoors and observing safe distancing. You will not be judged for wearing a mask nor will you be judged for not wearing a mask. 🙂  If you are in a high risk category please stay safe and join us at our online 10:30 AM service.

1. Worship will begin at 9 AM so please arrive early so you can set up your chairs and be ready for worship.
2. Please bring your own chairs to sit in. Folding chairs will be available for those who do not have chairs.
3. Pastor will lead worship from the sidewalk entrance to the church.
4. Bulletins will be available for pick up or you may download them to your mobile device from our website.
5. Offerings can be dropped off in the offering box on the table near the entrance.
6. Restrooms can be accessed through the side hallway exit nearest the restrooms.
7. We will check the weather each Sunday at 8 AM and if the weather forecast on the weather app calls for a 50% chance or higher of rain, outdoor worship will be cancelled. Watch for information on our Facebook page and website.
8. Communion will be offered each week following the worship service for those who wish to partake. We will usher in groups of 16 or less into the sanctuary to receive communion. More information on communion distribution is available below.

DIRECTIONS FOR COMMUNION DISTRIBUTION
    a. Ushers will invite groups of 16 or less to line up at the front door.
    b. Groups will be led into the sanctuary to pick up the communion elements prepared individually for each communicant. (Cup of Wine and Communion Wafer)
    c. Family groups and individuals will gather in the back of the sanctuary facing the cross as Pastor speaks the words of institution and distribution.
    d. At the conclusion of the sacrament, communicants will dispose of their cups as they exit the sanctuary parking lot exit.
    e. If you are in a high risk category and are unable to join us for the sacrament, please contact Pastor so he can provide you with private communion.

Please contact us if you have further questions and thank you for your patience in this process!

Love and miss you all!
